FortuneYear provides personalized reports generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) using probabilistic data models.

• Entertainment Purpose: This service is provided strictly for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
• Nature of AI: You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or "hallucinations." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any predictions.
• Automated Processing: Reports are generated through automated decision-making. By using this service, you provide express consent for this automated processing.

FortuneYear uses a location-based pricing model. All fees are one-time payments per report.

• Malaysia Region: RM 8.88
• International Regions: USD 8.88
• Currency Detection: The price displayed is based on your detected location. You are responsible for ensuring the correct region/currency is selected before purchase.
• Taxes: Prices for Malaysian users are inclusive of all local fees. As the operator is below the statutory SST registration threshold, no Sales and Service Tax is currently charged to local users.

Under Regulation 6 of the CPETTR 2024, users have the right to ensure their data is correct before a transaction:

• Review Mechanism: You must review your input data (e.g., birth details) on the summary screen before clicking "Pay."
• Correction: If you notice an error after payment but before the report is generated, contact us immediately. Once a report is generated, the service is considered fully rendered.
• Technical Failure: If you are charged but do not receive your report due to a system error, we will provide a manual copy or a full refund within 7 business days of notification.

We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the 2025 amendments:

• Purpose: Data is collected solely for the purpose of generating your personalized report.
• Security: We utilize industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure (Google Cloud) to protect your information.
• No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

The "FortuneYear" branding, website code, and AI logic are the property of Jacky Choo. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to view and download your specific generated report.

To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act 1999:

• Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid (RM 8.88 or USD 8.88).
• No Consequential Damages: The operator is not liable for any life decisions, emotional distress, or financial losses resulting from the interpretation of AI-generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.
